Susan Rowe- Artistic Director and Choreographer
Mrs. Rowe is a graduate of the North Carolina School of the Arts with a BFA in Dance and has served as Ballet Mistress of Les Ballets de Monte Carlo, Monaco, and Le Ballet du Nord in Roubaix, France. She was a principal dancer with Le Ballet du Nord, as well as Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle, Washington. Ms Rowe also danced with the Feld Ballet in New York City, the Frankfurt Opera in Frankfurt, Germany, North Carolina Dance Theatre in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and the Agnes DeMille Heritage Dance Theatre in Winston-Salem and New York City.
Her extensive training includes study with the North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, American Ballet Theatre, and School of American Ballet, both in New York, the Princess Grace Academy of Dance in Monaco, and the Franchetti Studio Paris, France. In addition to her dance experience, Ms. Rowe has over sixteen years of teaching and choreography experience, which she thoroughly loves.
